Avmount Vibration Isolators : Type AVD, A1T, A2T

Avmount Vibration Isolators are simple in design and easy to fit. Our mounts come in three different types of bolting configurations for the protection of electronic apparatuses and all sensitive equipment from vibration and shock. The rubber or metal bonding permits the mounting to be used either in compression, shear, or a combination of both.

These mounts can be manufactured in any required polymer and necessary stiffness to suit individual needs.

Note:

  1. The graph of compressive static load Vs Deflection can be assumed as linear for computing intermediate values.
  2. For Shear loading values =1/3 of compressive load stated above.
  3. While ordering specify as eg. Type: AVD 05050 A. i.e. Type AVD Size 05050 with shore hardness A-45. First 3 digits of the mount type mentioned indicates the diameter of the mount, next two digits indicates the height of the mounts, i.e. Mount Type AVD 05050 wherein 050 is the diameter and 50 is the height. All dimensions are in mm.
  4. Due to the limitations in manufacturing of AVD, A1T the bolt may not be 100% perpendicular to the plate, there may be a slight deviation of max +- 2 degress.
  5. Shrinkage allowance +- 1.5mm
